Diet and Lifestyle Advice: Eat foods that are high in potassium, such as dark leafy greens, beetroots, oranges, potatoes, avocados, tomatoes, bananas, and asparagus. This is because potassium is essential for lung function and a potassium deficit can lead to respiratory issues. Consume a lot of liquids each day to thin mucus, which facilitates coughing. To make asthma symptoms worse, stay away from foods like cabbage, beans, garlic, onions, shrimp, pickled foods, dried fruits, fried foods, carbonated drinks, wine, and bottled lemon and lime juice. Regular exercise will improve your immune system and enhance your breathing muscles. You can increase the amount of air that enters and exits your lungs by learning breathing techniques. To relieve stress and lower your chance of having an asthma attack, practice progressive muscle relaxation, deep breathing, meditation, and regular exercise. Give up smoking since it may lessen the AB Phylline SR 200 Tablet's effectiveness and worsen your respiratory condition.
