Ordering medicines from MedizinHub online medical store is quick and hassle-free. If you wish to purchase over-the-counter medicines or FMCG products, all you need to do is click on the ‘Buy Medicines’ section on the app/website and type the name of the product you wish to buy in the search box. Once you select the product, you can click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button and proceed to make the payment. Once your order has been confirmed, we will start prepping your order for home delivery.

Absolutely! All the medicines/products sold through our platform are inspected thoroughly for their authenticity and quality. Also, while delivering the medicines, our team follows strict safety protocols to ensure only the top-notch products get delivered to you.

If, for any reason, your order is delayed, our team will contact you either through SMS, call or email and inform you of the same. You can also check the status of your order on the app/website by clicking on the ‘Order Status’ button.

Besides walking into an MedizinHub outlet and buying the medicines in person, you can purchase products from MedizinHub on the MedizinHub app or website. To do this, you will need to visit the app/website of MedizinHub and click on the ‘Buy Medicines’ section.

To track your order, you can click on the ‘My Orders’ section under the ‘My Account’ tab. Then click on the particular order to check the status of your order.

You can pay for your medicine orders by any one of the given ways – Debit/Credit Card, Netbanking, Razorpay, UPI, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

To track your order, just click on ‘Profile Name’ followed by ‘My Orders’. Then select the order and click on ‘My Orders’. The status of your order will be shown to you.

To upload a prescription while buying medicine, click on the ‘Buy Medicines’ tab, add your selected items to the cart, and then proceed to checkout. During checkout, find and click on ‘Upload Prescription’. Choose the file from your device, review the details, and finalize your order by completing the payment. If you need help, consult the support section.

Your prescriptions can be rejected due to the following reasons: 1.Prescription has passed its validity date (6 months from date of issue) 2.The picture of the prescription is unclear.

Your order may be delayed due to a number of reasons such as stock unavailability, shortage of staff, higher demand, etc. If you wish to find out the exact reason for the delay, you can get in touch with our customer service at support@medizinhub.com.

Yes, A total of 5 prescriptions can only be uploaded in an order. However, you can upload the remaining prescription(s) in a new order.
