Duolin Inhaler is a mixture of two medications: Levosalbutamol and Ipratropium. Levosalbutamol is a bronchodilator, whereas ipratropium is an anticholinergic. They act by relaxing the muscles in the airways and widening them. Together, they make breathing easier.
