Direction For Use
Take the tablet/capsule with or after meals. Do not break, chew, or crush the pill or capsule; consume it whole with a glass of water. Dispersible tablet: Place the whole tablet on your tongue and let it dissolve. It may be taken with or without fluids. Alternatively, dissolve the pill in water and eat its contents.
