Product Details

Zole-F Ointment contains two drugs: fluocinolone acetonide (corticosteroid) and miconazole (antifungal). Fluocinolone acetonide is a corticosteroid that prevents the body from releasing particular chemical messengers that cause redness, irritation, and swelling. Miconazole, on the other hand, is an antifungal that kills fungus by creating holes in their cell membranes. Zole-F Ointment is only for external usage. Use Zole-F Ointment as directed. Your doctor will advise you on how often to take Zole-F Ointment based on your medical situation. Avoid getting Zole-F Ointment on your nose, ears, mouth, or eyes. If Zole-F Ointment unintentionally comes into touch with these places, rinse thoroughly with water. Some people may notice dry skin, peeling, increased hair growth, acne, pale skin patches, itching, inflammation, or burning at the application site. The majority of Zole-F Ointment adverse effects are minor and disappear on their own over time. However, if the adverse effects continue or worsen, please see your doctor. If you are allergic to Zole-F Ointment or any other medications, please notify your doctor. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, please consult your doctor before taking Zole-F Ointment. Do not use Zole-F Ointment in excess of the recommended amount or for an extended period of time since it can cause skin thinning, visible tiny veins, and stretch marks. Zole-F Ointment should not be used to youngsters or the face for more than 5 days. Do not use Zole-F Ointment on open wounds, cuts, scrapes, or damaged skin. Do not swallow Zole-F Ointment. In the event of unintentional ingesting, contact a neighboring poison control center or a doctor immediately. If you have rosacea (redness and often red, tiny, pus-filled pimples on the face), acne, perioral dermatitis (red, bumpy rash around the lips), any skin infection, psoriasis, diabetes, liver, or adrenal gland disorders, see your doctor before using Zole-F Ointment.
